We actually went on this trip to the sea in June of 2016, but haven't found the time to post our adventure until now, so here it is!

We're very excited

Ahoy! Whale! A blow of air!

There it is - the tail!

As we come back to port, in the harbor you can see a fishing vessel all decked out in flags for the Provincetown Portuguese Festival. (This is an annual Blessing of the Fleet at MacMillan Wharf, and honors the tradition performed hundreds of years ago when a bishop blessed the vessels and crew before their long and possibly dangerous journey.)

A Friend's Visit

Jumpy Jump!

Here we are for the first time in what we call the "Jumpy Jump".

A contraption of super stimulus for babies - and he doesn't even know all the future fun he will grow into.

As a part of his morning routine, 

it's like going to the office and doing his work!

That's the Way it Goes

Trip to the Whitney Museum of American Art, NYC

On our family trip to NYC, Ethan and I took a strolling adventure of our own.

We headed to the meatpacking district where the new Whitney is now an attraction.

We stop on our adventure to show Ethan some quality graffiti.

There it is - the Whitney - we'll go on in and explore for our adventure

We had tuna sandwich thing.  He had formula.  I had coffee.

A Very Ridge-ly Visit

We visit our favorite exhibit at the Museum of Science: Chocolate.
Ruby brought along 'Julie' to the exhibit too.
They're all so sweet to me.

Back at the ranch, a picture of all the grandchildren and grandparents.
